She has taught bioscience communications at Johns Hopkins University and is course director of an anatomy course at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

She is a frequent reviewer of books and media products for the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and a regular contributor to neuroscience, ophthalmology, dental, and women’s health publications.

Richman Associates, LLC, is the former BioSciInfo. The company produced the popular poster, “Whiplash Injuries of the Head and Neck,” that is displayed in scores of law and medical offices.
